Comfortable cosy atmosphere and relaxiing location. Great service - patricularly for baby.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views and great location.

Breakfast: from a hotel like this you expect a better quality of food. Our Scottish breakfast was served swimming in oil. Bathroom: being in a castle hotel does not mean for me that the tap splashes water and flushing the toilet is a one minute exercise. Overall I would highly question the value for the money in this hotel.

they couldn,t do enough to make your stay any better, the staff from the maids to the manager were so helpfull and you could not ask for more

History of the house and garden and location on Loch.

It was a bit tired and yesterday. Hot water failure on a cold night. Needs a facelift.

The ambiance of the whole place was special.

The hotel was in a beautiful location and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and did their jobs quietly and well. The breakfasts were lovely, and the dining room overlooks the Beauly Firth.

Beautiful location, right by the sea with awe inspiring architecture like something out of a fairy tale. Friendly attentive staff. Comfortable room, we were lucky enough to be given the turret room, although not with sea views had lovely views over the garden. Enjoyable breakfast would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area.

All the staff at bunchrew made our stay very pleasurable. The location is beautiful, and although it is an elegant hotel it is also very laid back and relaxing.

Possibly could have wider selection of beers.

The house is beautiful. Great atmosphere and be sure to shout yourself to dinner too. My husband had the scollops for starters and said it was the best starter he had ever had, and the lamb...so tender. An experience not to be missed

Bunchrew House is special. It is a calm, relaxed place with welcoming staff and atmosphere and a log fire that was lit and burning at 8.00am in the morning as we came down for breakfast. It is situated on the shore of the Moray Firth and there is a splendid view of the Kessock Bridge from the hotel grounds. Dinner in the fairy-lit dining room was very good and very relaxed. Can highly recommed it and would stay there anytime.

There is nothing to dislike about Bunchrew. Maybe the dinner menu could have some 'lighter' meals perhaps but that is all.

Very charismatic venue. Fun to stay in after many nights in Bed and Breakfasts. Staff was extremely attentive. We always thought that we were receiving a lot more for the money than we were in other places. The restaurant has an excellent menu and it really was gourmet dining.

The building was fantastic and the room very spacious, keeping most of its traditional characteristics. The combination of location and building was very romantic. The breakfast was excellent too.

There was no iron in the room, which, however is not so important after all.
